Shipping policy

UK deliveries:
Due to the nature of the products sold all shipping will be delivered Special delivery and a tracking number will be provided after dispatch. Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery.

International deliveries;
All international orders will be dispatched via intentionally signed and tracked delivery. Once the product is dispatched we will send you the tracking number. Please note you will be responsible for any customs and excise you may be charged by the relevant country. Please allow up to 14-21 working days.

Once the order has been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for orders in transit.

There is no refund for lost orders in transit.  If after the allocated time scale you have not received your order please contact us at info@spexinthecity.com and we will investigate further and claim under the insurance on your behalf.
