This our shipping policy that can vary based on your order and type of spectacles or sunglasses you have purchased. UK deliveries: Due to the nature of the products sold all shipping will be delivered 1st class recorded and a tracking number will be provided after dispatch.
Please allow unto 7-14 working days for delivery. International deliveries; All international orders will be dispatched via intentional signed and tracked delivery. Once product dispatched we will send you tracking number. Please note you will be responsible for any customs and excise you may be charged by the relevant country.
Please allow up to 14-21 working days. Once order has been despatched we cannot take responsibility of orders in transit. If after the allocated time scale you have not received your order please contact us on info@spexinthecity.com and we will investigate further and claim under the insurance on your behalf.
