What is your Returns Policy?
You have a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee on all non prescription products this includes frame only sales and sunglasses.
This discludes prescription glasses.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also email email@example.com for refund request and authorisation.
How do I make a return?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When will my order arrive?
Due to the nature of the products sold all shipping will be delivered 1st class recorded and a tracking number will be provided after dispatch. Please allow unto 7-14 working days for delivery.
All international orders will be dispatched via intentional signed and tracked delivery. Once product dispatched we will send you tracking number. Please note you will be responsible for any customs and excise you may be charged by the relevant country. Please allow upto 14-21 working days.
Do you offer prescription and non-prescription lenses?
Yes we do, you can select your prefrence of lenses from any product page using the 'select lenses' buttons.
Can I change my lens prescription?
Yes, just email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the changes you'd like.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes we ship globally, and make the required arrangements with a tracking number of your package.
